Tamar Elkeles, Ph.D. is the Chief Human Resources Officer for XCOM, a rapidly growing wireless technology company propelling the next mobile revolution. She was previously Chief Talent Executive for Atlantic Bridge Capital, a global venture capital fund focused on technology investments. Prior to that she was Chief People Officer for Quixey, a Silicon Valley mobile technology start-up and before that had a 24 year tenure as a senior human resources executive at Qualcomm, including 17 years as Qualcomm’s Chief Learning Officer. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for GP Strategies (NYSE: GPX), The Board Advisors of the Forbes School of Business & Technology at Ashford University, ATD’s Chief Talent Officer (CTDO) Next Board and the Editorial Board for Chief Learning Officer (CLO), a multimedia publication for the enterprise learning market. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Association for Talent Development (ATD) and The Conference Board’s Executive Council on Talent and Organizational Development. Dr. Elkeles is the author of three books focused on the CLO’s role: The Chief Learning Officer, Measuring the Success of Learning Through Technology and The Chief Talent Officer. She also serves as a strategic advisor to several startup companies in the talent, learning and education technology sector.
Joe Ilvento is the Chief Learning Officer and WW Director of Talent Development for Commvault. Working closely with the Global VP of Strategic Human Resources, he supports the leadership and development of Commvault employees worldwide. Joe has built and delivered a comprehensive leadership development program, selected and implemented a global learning and talent management system, and built various award winning learning and talent solutions. His work has been recognized by the Corporate Executive Board, CLO Magazine as a two-time Learning Innovation Award Winner and he is often asked to speak about his innovative approaches to learning and performance management. Commvault’s Unlocking Potential talent management model is both effective and innovative and includes dynamically created individual development plans and learning paths. Prior to Commvault, Joe was with Citigroup for 12 years where he served as the Director of Learning & Development Citi’s Global Functions, led the Citi Professional Development COE, and was an executive coach for Citi’s Business Leadership Programs. Prior to Citi, Joe was a management and training consultant for Fortune 200 companies and government agencies. Joe is a Certified Master Trainer and the author of three books, Nobody to Somebody, License to Sell, and License to Serve. He has a BS in Psychology a Master’s Degree in Education and e-Education.

Traci Palmer is a compassionate and inspiring leader with truly deep understanding of global business, communication, human resources—and the needs of employees. Traci is a collaborative, strategic partner with 20+ years of experience in human capital and organizational development business strategies. Using her extensive experience in talent management, talent development and organizational transformation work, she has taken a leading role in developing forward-looking strategies and designing effective teams. Thanks to her contributions Citrix is living the future of work by implementing agile talent and learning programs. She has a unique ability to translate the needs of an organization into actionable plans that help drive change and positively impact a global team’s skills and capabilities.
Prior to joining Citrix in 2017, Traci was at Rackspace, where she led the HR Transformation function, including HR strategy, organizational effectiveness, technology and data insights. She has also held roles at International Game Technology (IGT) for 8+ years, most recently serving as VP, HR Strategy & Shared Services, as well as Harley-Davidson Financial Services, in various leadership roles in HR, Organizational Development and Training.
Kristan Davis proudly leads a large and diversely skilled team as the Director of Digital Learning and Education Technology for Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health. Situated in the DICE (Digital Innovation and Consumer Experience) Group, her team of Instructional Designers, Learning Management System administrators, system trainers, technical writers, and copywriters, all focus on providing frictionless consumer experiences and pushing the boundaries to improve learning. Kristan has led her team to convert in-person electronic health records (EHR) system training to a predominantly online learning environment, reducing physician training time by approximately 70% and saving the organization approximately $3 million.
Prior to Jefferson, Kristan led the training and development team at LHK Partners, a Market Research firm. There she helped launch the company’s eLearning program and the USA TouchPoints Study, the first in the country to capture participant information using smartphone technology.
In 2018, Kristan was honored to be named a Woman of Distinction by The Philadelphia Business Journal.
